                            RESOLUTION NO.      19356
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO
                   SEWER EASEMENTS FROM SANDBAR RESTAURANT AND
                   PAPA PROPERTIES, INC.,  RELATIVE TO CONTRACT
                   NO. 37D2, LOWER AMNICOLA PARALLEL
                   INTERCEPTOR II, TRACT NO. 6, FOR A TOTAL 
                   CONSIDERATION OF $30,000.00, AND AUTHORIZING
                   THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
                   CONTINGENT DAMAGES.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of two sewer easements from Sandbar Restaurant and Papa
       Properties, Inc., relative to contract No. 37D2, lower Amnicola
       Parallel Interceptor II, Tract No. 6, for an amount of $30,000.00 

       and authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with said
       parties for contingent damages.
